Too many seniors and poor people did get hurt by this scam.

It all started in the last week of June. The pre-launch information of the Streamline Funnel System was revealed by Paul Birdsall and offered to the internet community with a lot of hype and hoopla. It all ended up being one big scam. In the information Streamline Funnel System offered a super low monthly membership fee of $ 9.99 per month in return for which the member will get his Streamline Funnel System link broadcasted to a double opt in, white listed and targeted mailing list of 10,000 each month. Any sign ups from these mailings would later be available to the member’s personal list where they can promote any of their own products. No number was ever mentioned but because they were using the new Web 3.0 technology they had already a huge list of prospects who are waiting to receive information from Streamline Funnel System. Of course, in its own way this looks too good to be true, but who had ever heard of Web 3.0? Most people have heard of Web 2.0 and therefore would naturally expect that Web 3.0 is an improvement of Web 2.0. The official launch date to the general public was set for July 1, 2009.

• Learning, studying, testing, applying and re-testing the never ending Web2.0 Internet marketing methods: NEVER AGAIN!
Competitors are stunned and left scratching their heads as our members generate thousands of dollars a week - ON 100% AUTOPILOT!


In one of his audio seminars, people who had signed up in this pre-launch period were being told that their market studies have shown that a sign-up rate of somewhere between 20 and 25% can be expected. That means that a member could expect somewhere between 200 and 250 people in his or her downline. An unusually high conversion rate, but at this entry price understandable.

Due to Independence Day and an official Canada holiday the launch date was post postponed till July 7th.

During the pre-launch period members were given more information and were told that they would earn about 50% commission when one of their direct downline would purchase an additional Lead Package of 10, 20 or 40 thousand. Minimum commission would be $ 50.00 for the 10K Lead Package. This made the proposition even more attractive.

Pre-launch members started their promotions and as a result of the low entry price, an unusual portion of people in the low income group, people who have just been laid off, senior citizens and single mothers had dreams of getting out of their financial situation and signed up. Because of all the blown up promises the pre-launch promoters gathered an amazing number of sign ups of approximately 38,000 at launch date.

Only a couple of days, no more that 3, before the official launch date promoters were being told that the price was not just $ 9.99 because that was only the “lock in your position” price, but that there would be an additional fee of about $ 40.00 per month.

As a result, from the approx. 38,000 prospects about 8,000 people signed up on the official launch date.

Sign up date was a complete disaster. Payment system was not ready and no proper receipts were produced. It was a problem for some, but because of the great opportunity it was overlooked by many. The computer system was a total disaster and so it seemed were the people operating them.

About 2 weeks after launch date, members were informed that the credit card processor had frozen the account for 6 months. They were scrambling to get a new processor and will get back to the members. In the meantime it appears that none of the leads had gone out. Members were advised that it could be between 7 and 21 days before mailings would go out for the basic members who their full membership. In the last week of July Streamline Funnel System contracted a new credit card processor and members were advised to sign up again starting July 28th or July 29th. This fee had to include the $ 9.99 “lock in fee” or 3 day trial that would be returned by the original credit card processor. The original credit card processor would credit these payments back on the member’s card before July 31st.

Originally a commission payment policy had been announced. Commission would be paid within 5 days following the month that a commission was produced. This was changed to 15 to 17 days after commissions were earned.

Much of the problems were caused by misinformation and making of promises that were not being kept. To this date it appears that several of the members have not received the initial payment of $ 9.99 back, but have also not had their link shown to the 10,000 opt in list. Many of the people who have had their list go out eventually are complaining that they have had very little reaction and that commissions due to them have not been paid on time. Others are claiming that mailings have gone out to their list but with links from the founders of the program.

At one point they had a official member Forum, but when too many negative feelings started to be expressed. Many negative posts never made it on the board or where removed. On or about August 12th it was decided that the Forum was locked for clean up. A couple of days later it was re-opened, many of the posts expressing legitimate concerns about Streamline Funnel System were removed. So much for a member's Forum. (This must be the NEW freedom of speech principle) In response, some disgruntled members started their own Forum Streamlinefunnelsystem Revealed, where everyone could vent their frustrations.

The developers of the Streamline Funnel System have recently announced Phase 2 of their program and now it appears that it seemed to have been the intention all along to merge the Streamline Funnel System members into the Shaklee Corporation and have them put under a number of the Shaklee official Distributors. After some investigation it shows that a number of the top figures in the Streamline Funnel System are also Distributors of the Shaklee business.

Attracting people to a 'hands-free' money making internet marketing system at $ 9.99 is a far cry from becoming a sales person or distributor for a consumer product corporation that wants their distributors to carry inventory etc. For many of the disadvantaged and poor people who saw the Streamline Funnel System as their last hope to get out from under and turn their life around. Instead, they were plundered by unscrupulous scam artists who were in the process of recruiting a large sales force for a large corporation. These poor people have invested some of the little money they have, spent time to build a downline only to learn that there is much more money needed than they have access to and therefore have to drop out. The result is that the downline goes to the developers. If that isn't a fraud, I don't know what is.

It might be a funnel system, but I am afraid that the funnel is being emptied in the wrong pockets. Is it a Ponzi Scheme, some of the people did get paid what was due to them but many members did not receive anything.

To sum it up; Streamline Funnel System is a scam to attract people to join a program that will eventually draw them into another unrelated company. Many innocent and poor people have been deceived by this group and their fraudulent actions. It is time that competent authorities start investigating Paul Birdsall and Streamline Funnel System and check into this, what appears to be, set up as a fraudulent venture. Maybe they can find out what the "real" Streamline Funnel System is all about too many people got hurt in the process and their last hope and dreams in these troubled times have been squashed.

You hit the nail on the head. I'm a disabled person - a baby boomer - near retirement - I had pined my hopes that this was not a scam - I was taken for over $400 - I made repeated attempts to contact them - no results - Had the same problem with the member forum - I had to contact my credit card company to put the charges in dispute for non-performance - I didn't have $400 to blow - I put in a support ticked to cancel - after 5 days still no response - If you joined Streamline Funnel System I feel you should get out as fast as you can - I don't see how people like this sleep at night.

I have been a (SFS)ShakleeFunnelSystem...SuckerFunnelSystem...Streamlinefunnelsystem???...Since Pre~launch...and to this day...I have not been paid any commissions due!...

People can anly take so much of being scammed and funneled around by Paul Birdsall, Chris Pearson and all his top Shaklee business partners!

They have yet to introduce a phase 3 to this funnel...which will be teaching people how to use Web 2.0 techniques to promote their Web 3.0 system~...Now what's wrong with that picture?

These people say that they care for you, but the reality is that they only care about greasing their own pockets!!!..What a shame...

Interesting,

I was pissed off too over all the blunders to start with merchant account, but did finally get refunded, although it did take a month, I was able to verify that it was merchant account holding my money. Well, I did reenter and had an idea this was again a ploy to promote Shaklee, a find company which has solid five decade plus record of success, but why didn't Paul tell everyone the truth is my issue.

When he said he was going to St. Louis on SFS business, why not say it like it is, it was to hook up Shaklee as phase 2 income opportunity. OK, here we are, some still pissed, some happy with results, so who knows where this will go, but in previous Streamline Magic deal, he became one of the largest Shaklee reps, which is why he can have dinner with owner of Shaklee at his home, hhhmmmmmm.

Here is my problem, I like to be told the truth, and I feel he should have come clean and said he was going to leverage group in SFS to promote Shaklee and letting the system do all the selling for everyone who gets into Shaklee. Well, I for one will wait to see what the fall out will be verses the success in placing people under others into Shaklee. Since bad news always travels faster than good news, we shall see if it works or not for most. The way I look at it, if we do see results from SFS, the leads will be either useless or they will come into Shaklee only, hhhmmmm.

In closing, I was paid all commissions owed, so I cannot complain about anything other than tactics used to bait us all into program to begin with. If it is successful, everyone will soon forget all the start up issues, and the useless $9.99 three day tickler which has been overused by all the so called guru's who all bait and switch, so now that it is $39.96 or else, that is way it should have been started. Who cares about cheap trials when we all know they are set ups for the upsell. lol

I also agree with Payperclick - many many many years ago I was a member of Shaklee - they have great products - I wonder if they know what kind of scam Paul Birdsall is pulling here - I wonder how ethical they would think this is?

I paid $370 for 40,000 leads. I got 1 person. I will make $15, not bad profit. lol I quit. I'm the fool to believe thoes Scammers. I feel sorry for anyone who stays in SFS.

My Advice is get out before you lose any more money.

The simple fact is that people do not like to be lied to.

Once you become known as a lier, you cannot be trusted any longer. Paul Birdsall has a long history of stealing downline members, this was also seen in Webprosperity.

When he first introduced the funnelsystem to the world, he already knew that there would be a ton of people getting excited and that they would in turn promote that excitement world wide. He also surely figured that out of those 30+K members that signed up, perhaps 20-50% would remain to see if this business was everything he said it was going to be.

Now add a monthly take of 10,000 members X $40.00, that one heck of a pay day for Paul and his team mates! Considering their is nothing that is working.

To this day, they keep on charging the membership fee, plus the entry fee and only a small fraction of people are getting some kind of results.

They are raking in over 1/2 - 3/4 a million dollars per month right now! and only a small fragment of this is being paid back to some members.

They don't even have a web3.0 technology!, it's all fabricated.

Now you have to pay Paul Birdsall and gang, your monthly SFS membership fee so that he can advertise Shaklee for you!

Wow what a gimmick!

You don't have to do anything, simply promote SFS and they do all the selling for you!

What ever happened to, no one needs to do any selling whatsoever?

So what will this all cost you?

a minimum of $150.00 per month, plus shipping fees from Shaklee, and possibly more, depending on what their stage 3 will be.

Wake up folks, you can't be that blind.

P.S. Did you know that Paul Birdsall also got nabbed for Tax evasion in Canada?

Fact is, Birdsall sold lead packages that were never delivered. That is Fraud. Same as if you go and buy a used car, pay your money, then the salesman tells you i have a better car for you, and won't refund your money.

i don't have much respect for Shaklee if they are bowing to this thief because he is a big producer.

Did you people know that Paul birdsall stole everyones lead lists when they did all their own promotions to market the streamlinefunnelsystem ?

Just a word of caution to anyone who reads this and decides to promote streamlinefunnel through their own advertising efforts...

"They will keep all your leads"!

Then re-sell them as a lead package back to you.

There is no way of tracking anything, so save your money and treat yourself to a yummy meal and feed your kids first.

These guys only want your money, they do not care who gets hurt in the process.

Mr. Paul Burdsall, if you do read this, your going to hit the pavement soon.

And your "Go GREEN" in Shaklee really means "Give me all your green"

I am banned from the official SFS forum since weeks like many others. Just for the crime of asking critical questions and posting facts they didn't like.

Be careful with this folk! They don't want to help you as they claim - they only want to help them self.

They even ask us to promote, promote, promote our SFS link and then use our doorway entries to resell them to the SFS members as leads... That must be web 3.0 technology as they claim...

Not even ONE sign up delivered by the system - all I have is from my previous own advertising that I have stopped weeks ago - I DO have a reputation to loose!

I totally agree with all the comments above and for all the poor people, disadvantaged and single mothers who have fallen for this scam and fraud you have my sympathy.

Trevor Powers overview of Paul Birdsall's Streamline Funnel System is absolutely spot on but let's not forget that Paul Birdsall is a convicted criminal by way of Tax Evasion, he scammed his country so he will think nothing of scamming us, please copy and paste this link into your browser - http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/nwsrm/cnvctns/mb/mb090715 - you can then read about his conviction.

This conviction raises some questions :-

Q1. As a recently convicted Tax Evader and classed as a criminal - how did Paul Birdsall manage to get into the USA to attend the Shaklee Convention (sorry - the SFS planning meeting to enhance our futures) in St Loius?

Q2. As Mr Birdsall is a criminal as defined by the Canadian authorities - how is he going to get into the USA to attend the Millionaires Summit in Las Vegas?

Q3. Is the Summit actually going to take place or is the money people are paying going into the SFS coffers once again.

Q5. Does the Venitian hotel have a booking? Do they know the type of people that will be staying with them? Maybe they should be told that the 'mobsters' are coming - oh I have just realised it must be one of those themed weekends going back to the hey day of Las Vegas where every one was on the take - Paul and the possie should fit in fine, unless of course he is taken into custody for trying to gain entry into the country illegally.

Is the Shaklee corporation aware of Mr Birdsall's scam and the SFS link to them? I am not sure at the moment, I am in conversation with the Executive Vice President who is coming back with some answers on the situation for the 3rd time. However if we believe what Birdsall says, (which I know is difficult)he told us in his Shaklee presentation via SFS that the CEO of Shaklee (Roger Barnett)endorses the use of the internet to promote the products and that he has given Birdsall the 'ok' over dinner to go ahead - what? Why would Mr Barnett deal with such a low life as Birdsall and put Shaklee's reputation on the line?

Why not e-mail Shaklee at fieldadmin@shaklee.com and put your questions and comments to them, or if you are owed money ask them if they can help you get a refund. You can also call them on (001)925 924 2000.

I know I keep banging on about Paul Birdsall being a crook but all his other cronies are just as bad - Chris Pearson, George Briere, Karl Airey and their wives plus Karen Pore, they all know what is going on and are part of the SCAM and are just out to line their own pockets.

Thank you for your reply.

You asked what I paid to SFS, initially $9.99 to join then $370 for one of their packages - I have had $9.00 back (they kept the 99 cents for admin) then I had the $370 back. Then they took $50 approx for a monthly fee by another merchant, this they have kept despite my constant e-mails for the refund and to cancel my subscription I have also contacted their merchant via their own support system to cancel. I just hope they don't apply for any more money from my card. If anything Paul Birdsall should be compensating me for the grief he and his crew has caused me.

I watched the latest video from Birdsall over the weekend and he clearly states that he has been to Roger Barnetts (Shaklee's CEO) house and discussed how he is in full agreement to use the Internet to promote Shaklee - the whole thing is a recruitment plan for Shaklee albeit Birdsall says that you don't have to join.

If Shaklee are not in the UK or other countries around the world, how can I or others in these countries join the organisation or order the products, or is this another one of his scams?

Hi Mick - I've sent this on to Shaklee Canada and asked them to help you get your $50 and to stop charges to your card.

Paul Birdsall does not have permission to use Shaklee's name or Roger Barnett's name in connection with the Streamline Funnel System. I will address that issue with him.

Can you tell me anything about Trevor Powers, the author of the article you forwarded? To the extent he mentions Shaklee, I am concerned about what he has to say and will investigate.

Again, this lead generation program is not endorsed by Shaklee and should not be linked to Shaklee by Paul.

Hey I have not got paid anything yet!!!

For the month of July....I was owed approx. $200.00....which was due to be paid in the first week....

Then near the end of August some members did not cancel their suscriptions...So I would imagine that I should also have also acquired some extra pay funds for this past month...no?

I was under the impression that Chris Pearson and/or Paul Birdsall said that everyone got paid!...100%...

They paid out over $200,000... wow...I didn't see a dime!

If I didn't get paid, I have to wonder how many others have not been paid???

Now I cancelled my account on the 30th of August, but they still owe me the money from July and August...!...

I wonder who the book keeper is...Is it Chris Pearson???

...And yes, I did send in multiple support tickets to every email needed...But still nothing...

I wonder if all this revenue will be reported to the Revenue Bureau...

{ NEW}Suggestions from SFS members to Paul Birdsall...

~~~My suggestion is...More Webinars ...and email updates...and less Vlogs...

Vlogs can be fun and entertaining but you cannot talk with the masses that way...

Yes Webinars might take more time, effort and energy...but ultimately the end product...produces higher results of interest, which in turn...translates to higher gains...For everyone!

~~~My suggestion is the same and updates on when links go out and maybe even a monthly conference call for those who can't log in sometimes..the telephone number for live support. and meeting with local members in your area we can all meet and greet and discuss things with each other and give ideas from diffrent areas to Paul..

~~~Webinars are good but I personally like the vlog, only because when the webinars were going on I didn't have a headset and the webinars that I did get in on were reflected in my phone bill.So it is actually more cost effective to have the vlogs, it doesn't cost SFS anything and for those who can only listen in by phone it saves them money.And if you have additional questions you can always post it here

~~~My suggestion would be more information in the backoffice, such as:

Date of last basic renewal/when the next renewal will occur

Date of last lead package renewal/when the next renewal will occur

Lead package identified (10K, 20K, 40k)

Date(s) basic package sent out

Date(s) lead package sent out

It would seem easier for the programmers to set up this type of a system rather than sending out emails regarding the dates that the lead packages are sent out.

Also, I think if we could easily access the above information, a lot of the problems and questions I have seen in the forums could be averted.

Eventually the back office could expand on the result information... such as the rate of response to the packages sent out (not just the sales, but how many are even clicking on our link?)... conversion rates, etc. It would be helpful to be able to analyze the effectiveness of the basic vs. lead packages.....

~~~Another suggestion would be to have the date & time stamp of when your PS person comes in (joins SFS under your link). Also, it would be nice to know where this lead came from, (tracking), from leads, rotators or your own advertising efforts.

~~~I think a resetable counter posted in our back office so we can see how many visitors we have and calculate visitor to sign up ratios, and not just link to sign up ratios.

And maybe you can have a basic roator counter and a lead package counter.

The email notifies us when the leads are going out and then we can view our counters to see how many visitors.

And I will be honest, this will also show the member(s) they have links going out and visitors to their website and will help alleviate any jitters.

~~~A couple of things I would add:

Have a place for a Latest News Updates at the very TOP of the members area where the SFS admin could post the latest news.

This way every time someone logs in to their back office they see the top 3 or 4 things without having to wait for an email (that may never get through) or wade through tons of posts in the forum.

As an example...what if there was a message that had been like this..."All refunds have been processed as of 7/31/2009...please allow 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS for your credit card company to reflect this refund." That could have greatly reduced a lot of posting and fear in the forum.

A key part of the programming for this updates area would be to make sure that the admin for SFS would have a place that they could go into at any time and UPDATE what needs to be updated without having to send it to the web master.

The more places where programming allows SFS admin to make changes the less confusion there would be in the communication link...an example of this would be tonight's vlog update that Paul did...it was for Monday August 10th, but the date still said August 7th. I had been looking like many others (ALL DAY) for an update and had I not seen the forum posts about the latest vlog update, I would have missed it all together. Had admin had access to make this change, it could have been easily corrected without going to a webmaster or programmer that uploaded the video.

Consistency -

there seems to be a lot of confusion created through lack of this, for example, in todays vlog, Paul tells us that there will be a vlog every other day, however at the top of the vlog screen it says "Paul's DAILY vlog". In the vlog Paul states that there is a delay of 2 weeks for payment (that's fine & understandable - I would do the same) but states that one of the reasons would be for refunds, yet on the T&C's it states there are no refunds given?

Monthly due date -

the majority of us have paid a monthly fee for the rotator. I suggest that the start date for the monthly fee (& therefore the rebilling date) be put back as compensation for the teething problems we have encountered, particulary the delay in the lead rotator going out. As I am sure none of us wants to be billed for 2 months of participation for one months activity.

F.A.Q.'s updated on main site -

There is a lot of outdated information on there that is not going to help in keeping new signups interested enough to stay very long in the system. (again consistency).

~~~How about setting up an SFS Group under ICQ?, that way members including Paul and his staff can communicate quickly with each other, and it's free.

I think there definitely needs to be something done about SUPPORT, I know they say there are thousands and some are questions answered in FAQ's or on here by moderators etc.... But, maybe to them NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR MEMBERS AREA for almost a week now isn't important, I sign up for the new support suite as soon as I heard about it, looks like that faster (NOT) there has got to be a way of filtering through and answering these a little better, I mean come on, since last Thursday and still not fixed yet.

~~~My suggestion on monthly due date is, since your packages are good for 30 days, we should not be re-billed until 30 days after our rotator and packages start to go out, but, that's just me. I agree with you, why should we be billed again when our first order wasn't even filled yet. You don't have to make 2 payments on a new car before you get to drive it.

I sent a support ticket to cancel a lead package and if they don't see it because of so many tickets, then I might get charged again. Plus, I might get charged for going over my cc limit. To be successful in business you MUST have the best customer service

So according to this last vlog, there have been over 1000 new members. So if these broadcasts are going out, where are the people on these forums who are getting all of these signups?

You would think that the people who were getting these "broadcaster" sales would be all over this forum talking about how much money is being made.

So far, I have only been seeing posts about when the broadcasts will go out, when refunds will be issued and others claiming how they are trying to keep the faith. The only success threads I have seen, are people who are doing their own marketing.

Why you may ask? Well because there has been so much negativity and non helpful posts going on in here that it is not helpful to those excited new members. I know some of you do not look at these as negative but information that is constantly questioning the system shows signs of negative mindset.

So do not be surprised if you do not see many of those being successful posting in here because they are not wasting there time in the forum. Many of the top sponsoring leaders in SFS are having there own weekly team meetings and passing information to there members that way to there members.

Regarding moderators personal totals...not sure why that matters at all. Heck I have done NO advertising since official launch because I have spent all my work hours in this forum in the past 3 weeks. SO everything I have is from prelaunch and my current total paid members is 15. However for me personally...I am no longer going to be spending as much time in this forum as I myself am also starting team calls for my personal members and moving forward with my success in this business.

Hope this makes sense to you all that there are many positive feedback happening you just won't see much of that in this forum until we get the threads cleaned up and make this a positive helpful environment for all members.

There have been many questions, issues, problems that have not been addressed in the timely fashion that was promised. Members have been kept in the dark about things on different occasions, promises have been made and not kept, and money has been spent by folks who have trusted what Paul and Chris have had to say so far...It should be clear to you and all the other moderators why some members are getting a bit antsy. When the positives in the SFS start to show up, maybe the negative posts will start to decrease. No reason to be on here scolding folks about how they feel.

I have been in since pre-launch, paid on time, purchased packages, and am still waiting patiently. That said, am I satisfied with the way things have been handled to date? Not really...but this is my first venture trying the online business strategy, so I plan to hang in there and learn, go with the flow, trust that the people running this business are doing all they can to get things ironed out. I think that when they do, SFS is going to work quite well for many who stick it out.

I have to seriously wonder if Paul Birdsall will be arrested for his Streamline funnel system RIP OFF game...

Too many people are getting conned by this man and his crew!

My understanding is that under the Canadian business law ...Paul needs to issue invoices for every transaction conducted through SFS and include a tax (GST or PST).

The fact that we do not even get any receipts for our payments tells me that Paul is operating an illegal business.

I am sure that the Canadian revenue agency woul like to hear more on these transactions.

Since Chris Pearson is the man in charge of finances, would you not think that he should have mentioned this to Paul?

I can only imagine the amount of money that they have raked in to this point...surely over 1 million dollars...without producing any receipts...now add a few more months to this....That will increase to well over 3 million $$$...

I sure hope the book keeper Chris is keeping good records...Is he even a certified book keeper?

Hi

We have been told that the lead packages are exclusive meaning, I assume, that no lead package includes any name that is in any other. If this is so, why is it that I have received an invitation to join 9 different times with emails to 2 of my addresses.

A url was listed and I opened it and noted the ref ID #, I than closed the site and opened it again, and got the big SFS advertisement again, but this time it had a different ref ID #.I did this a couple more times and each time there was a different ID.

I opened each of the others, and went thru the same routine and got the same results.

My assumption for the results is that these lead packages were on a rotator and the lead packages were not exclusive because it seems that I must be on multiple lists.

I purchased a 10K package and was rebilled a month later. It is now 6 weeks since my first billing and I am still waiting to get broadcasted.

I contacted support 4 1/2 days ago for refunds and 10K pack cancelation. I have heard nothing yet from support.

With no Vlog since 9/2 and nothing on the forum board I wonder if the end is around the corner.

Paul Birdswill not only stole downlines from people in WebProsperity (another huge marketing scam), but he also has stolen downlines from people in Shaklee.

In Streamline FS he takes all the leads that you are paying for. You pay for the leads, but you get none of them.

Just a quick post to let you know that the "Update your Commission" tab in your members area has now been changed to "Request Commissions".

None of the functions of that page have changed at this time but we wanted to make you aware as it was causing some confusion to members.

I would also note if you requested a commission check last month and submitted your mailing information you do not need to do that again. If your total commission earned is over $18 and you have already filled in your information request then your check will be mailed out on the 15th of January. If you have not yet requested your commissions ever then you need to please do this before the 15th of January in order to get your commission check this month.

One final note for today is on our support staff. Our support staff works Monday-Friday so if you submit a ticket over the weekend you may not get a reply until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. And finally please keep in mind that the phone number we have in place to reach support is to quickly take care of people who have billing issues, can't log in or need to cancel an account. The staff has been instructed to only handle questions and issues from the time of the relaunch forward. We are very excited to be able to provide this phone service as a trial but if it is abused then we will have to take a different direction. All other issues should be dealt with using the support ticket function.

SFS Q and A

The first of the year has come and gone which means it is time for some more SFS updates. Over the duration of the week we have received a good amount of feedback from our members and we thought it would be a great idea to do an updated Q and A Blog posting.

Q: How will SFS continue to pay out commissions in the future?

A: Right now we are paying out by check. We continue to look into other options that allow for quick and easy payments to our members. One option we are looking at right now is using Alertpay as an alternative. We do not promise that we will have that in place before the next payout on the 15th of Jan. but we will work hard and try to make it happen. In the meantime we will continue to use checks as our method of issuing payouts.

Q: When are payouts?

A: Payouts are completed on the 15th of the each month for the previous month's sales. Starting with the month of December there will be a minimum payout amount of $18 if you are requesting to have a check mailed out.

Q: When will the Matrix Compress?

A: Right now, this very second, the Matrix is compressing. It is running on a script behind the scenes that you can not see. It is believed that it will be complete within the next 48 hours.

Q: What does it mean that the Martix is Compressing?

A: Simply put it means anyone who does not have a paid membership in the month will be removed from the Matrix only leaving paying members behind. This is a good thing because it will force paying members who may be below you up into a paying level for you. (Not a promise, but it will happen for a good number of people.)

Q: Why do I still see free people in my Matrix?

A: There will always be new free people coming into the Matrix but at the end of each month they will be flushed out. So once the flush is complete this month then you will see no free people in there, until new people start to come in under you again. Brand new people always go right into the Matrix until the end of the month whether they have paid or not.

Q: Will there be any live webinar trainings?

A: Yes, Yes, Yes!! We are still undergoing some changes to the SFS members area and we need them to be completed before we start the trainings. We cannot promise a timeline on this but plan to do it ASAP. It is a matter of the programming being completed. We don't want to train anyone on a back office that will change the minute we end a webinar. So, we appreciate your patience and know you'll agree that we need to wait for the changes to be complete before we take you through the live webinars!

Q: Are the server issues all taken care of?

A: We are still operating on a temporary platform as our new dedicated service is being established. We never expect to have server down time, but from time to time it can happen. We will let you know here on the blog in the next week when we make the planned moved to the dedicated server as there will be some small down time during the move.

Q: When will the commission page be updated?

A: When the matrix is complete the commission page will be updated. You can expect to see this in the next few days. On that page you will be able to see not only your current commissions earned but you will also be able to see your past commissions earned.

Q: What is to come in the new year for SFS?

A: As always, we will continue to work to improve what we have and continually tweak and improve the system to make it the best that it can be. In the near future you can expect to see some changes to some of the current services we are offering but better yet, expect to see some more income streams built into the system. The most important improvement is going to be the webinar trainings that show you how we, the leaders, are using SFS to not only make money, but using it to earn from multiple income streams.

Q: I sent in a support ticket and didn't get an answer!

A: When the server went down so did our support software. We have a temporary fix in place with the email address of sfslogin@gmail.com. The support staff has been able to answer 100% of the emails within 24 hours of them being submitted. If you had a ticket you sent to the old ticket system and did not get an answer then please email your question to sfslogin@gmail.com and they will be happy to take care of your question.

Q: When is phone support going to be added?

A: It already is! Yes we now have a phone number for support. We have this in place to take care of any billing or login issues very quickly. The calls will be handled by our support staff. The number can be found by just clicking on the contact us page on the SFS home page.

I was one those who requested for more information on SFS during it's prelaunch but felt suspicious about it then, and my gut feelings were confirmed when I noticed that after their initial launch, they had to do a relaunch later. At that time I did not know the whole story but am much enlightened now by what is reported in your hub. The reason I am writing to you is to thank you very much for saving me from falling into another of Paul Birdsall's scheme. He is now about to prelaunch another great program called " Plugin Green Profits " based on saving the planet from the recent threat about global warming. And in this program he is inviting beta testers and offering to give them a free web site with built-in auto responders, six great bonuses,etc. And guess what, you don't have to pay him a cent for all this except for the domain and web-hosting service by a company called Simplified Web Hosting, and Paul claims that he is not getting anything from this!

You might ask how do I know this. It is because I haven't unsubscribed to his SFS list which is why I received his invitation to come into this new program. I did a double check with him about hidden costs and he reiterated that he is not charging those who sign up as beta testers anything at this stage. I must admit his video presentation of this program is extremely good but then he is a veteran at this sort of thing after all. Anyway after going through his presentation a second time I decided to check up on the man himself and thus came to your h ub page which proved to be a godsend. yes, and now he's doing it all again with his latest 'system', "plug into green profits". He just seems to come up with a new system each time the last one dies down to suck in a whole new bunch of unsuspecting people. Stay away from him!

I would like to get my 2 cents in on Mr.Birdsall.He has the nerve to keep emailing me with another business offer that says he will pay me $135.00 If I join.He sends at least 2 emails on this everyday.He has alot of nerve.If I had this fat f--k here in person I would punch him out.The authorities sit on their asses and do nothing.People are hanging on by a tread trying to make money with something legitimate.Using their food money to do it with.The authorities are busy catching innocent people and letting Mr.Birdsall and Mr.Pearson the other fat f--k keep stealing. I had got in the SFS in the beginning and worked my butt off.I joined every free site I could advertise on and also spent around three hundred dollars I couldn't afford.I stuck it out 7 months and personally signed 167 people out of thousands I had in my downline.I got emails from the SFS telling me to keep a the good work.Now the time comes for me to be paid and nothing.After 50 or 60 emails I sent them with all kinds of threats from sueing to calling the better business Bureau.They emailed me saying that I would not get paid because these 167 people I had personally sponsored only paid the $9.95 for a 3 day trial period.I would not get paid until they actually joined for $39.96 a month.Well these people stayed on for months not just 3 days.Not one name changed right up to Feb of 09.These people stayed for months if they were trial members then why did they stay in so long.I knew something was screwey so I started to get mad and wrote them some bad emails telling them I was coming to Canada and see them in person.I immediately got a response from them saying they would except my cancellation and stop taking my $40.00 a month out.I cancelled but they took my 167 members I had cancelled before I printed them out.These members they kept to send different offers to should of been mine.I am into things now where I could use a downline.Not only could I have used the 167 people but also the thousands orignally in my downline that the 167 joined from.This is a disgrace isn't their any laws taking advantage of a senior citizen who paid his dues by working all his life.I want that downline I created for my personal use not Mr. Birdsalls.Steve Lunetta

This cons took alots of money from me. The problem am having now is that I live in Canada, and I don`t know where to go and file a class action lawsuit against Paul Birdsall and his crews.Please if anyone have a surgestion email me at ngozi10@gmail.com

Chris Pearson is the voice for their latest (SCAM?)ViralCashGoneWild?.....It is my understanding that Paul Birdsall is the main person behind this new business, although Chris Pearson has denied that Paul has any involvement...
